What is Generate?

Generate is a leadership program for young people searching to realise their vision of a better world. The program runs for seven months (Mid-March to Mid-October) and is designed to fit around work or study, with downtime in June/July and graduation before end-of-year exams.

Here at Generate, we believe that in order to make the biggest impact on your world, you need the right tools. This is why all the participants in our program receive training in the areas of:

· Public speaking

· Promotions

· Leadership

· Facilitation and event management and

· Lobbying

Yes! Thirty-five positions in the Hobart-based program are up for grabs, and applications are now open!
